Stay-A-While Houses was started by Sam Brant with one goal — to give Iowa property owners a genuinely hands-off way to earn more from their homes.
After years in Central Iowa real estate and short-term rentals, Sam saw the same story again and again: great properties underperforming because hosting well is a full-time job. So we built a company that treats every rental like the hospitality business it is — pairing five-star guest experiences with data-driven pricing and real, local hands-on care.
